The South African Police Service (SAPS) has launched an investigation into how UK fugitive Ndodana Tshuma gained entry into South Africa. Tshuma, who was convicted in the United Kingdom for his involvement in a high-value money laundering scheme, fled the country after his guilty verdict but prior to being sentenced.
