Eligibility Criteria And Targeted Communities
Applicants must be between 18 and 34 years old, have completed Grade 10, and be currently unemployed. Only residents from the communities of Phokeng, Paardekraal, Sunrise Park, Boitekong, and Meriting are eligible to apply. The programme encourages applications from persons with disabilities to promote inclusive access to skills development.
Candidates are required to have Mathematical Literacy and Communication at ABET Level 3. Proof of residence and other supporting documents must be submitted with the application.

Successful learners will work towards the General Education and Training Certificate: General Technical Practice, SAQA ID 49753, at NQF Level 1. This qualification introduces participants to workplace principles, technical environments, and safety practices.
