According to Ukrainian officials, the wave of drone attacks left approximately 4,000 people in Odesa without electricity after multiple energy sites were hit. Speaking in an official statement, Odesa Regional Governor Oleh Kiper said:
“Air defences destroyed most incoming drones, yet attacks left around 4,000 people without electricity.”
In Zaporizhzhia, a residential area was struck, resulting in injuries to three civilians, damage to apartment buildings, and vehicles. Local infrastructure was also affected. Firefighters were deployed to extinguish several fires triggered by the attacks, including one linked to a damaged gas pipe, emergency services said.

Three commercial vessels in the Black Sea were hit by Russian drones, causing injuries to two crew members, Ukrainian authorities confirmed.
