A 17-year-old male was hospitalised in a serious but stable condition after he was stabbed twice by his 18-year-old cousin during an altercation in Mountview, KwaZulu-Natal, earlier this month. The incident, which took place during a dispute over money, prompted a swift response from emergency services and local community members.
Investigation And Emergency Response
According to Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA), the victim suffered wounds to his left shoulder, extending toward his chest, as well as a second wound to the left side of his back. Emergency responders provided life-saving treatment on the scene before transporting the teenager to a nearby hospital for urgent medical care.
