Boitumelo Matlala, the daughter of alleged hitman Tshepiso ‘Cat’ Matlala, has failed in her attempt to have her name removed from the charge sheet in an ongoing attempted murder trial. Magistrate Lindiwe Maphanga dismissed the application at the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court this July, ruling that the trial against the accused and her co-accused will proceed as planned.
